A bit about Carly
Bio Carly Bettinson
Carly Bettinson is a multi-disciplinary artist working on the lands of the Turrbal and Jagera people.
In 2019 Carly made her professional debut in the national tour of The Wizard of Oz Arena Spectacular in the leading role of Dorothy. Since then she has made her TV debut acting and singing on NBCs new show ‘Young Rock’ and in ‘Joe Vs Carole’ in 2022. More recently Carly has had the privilege of working with the Little Red Company for a show development workshop and as a soloist with Lynch and Paterson singing through Liza Minelli’s famous repertoire in their cabaret show Judy & Liza. Throughout lockdown in 2020 she worked on a live-streamed show ‘The Brisbane Bunch’ with Theatre Haus which featured a handful of talented local artists. Raised in a family of musicians, Carly has a strong instinct for creativity and music. Featured on Vancouver Sleep Clinics hit track ‘Middle of Nowhere’ she is excited by collaboration in the world of music & is passionate about working on new projects with lovely creative people. She is a spirited creative with specialty in acting, singing, piano, fibre arts & designing, starting her own clothing brand in 2021 called From Carly B selling one-of-a-kind handmade pieces that has gained a following over the years across social media platforms. Carly is a dedicated & sincere emerging artist, excited about pure & joyous artistic expression in every format she explores.
